Pat Callahan, Principal Broker, has been managing and buying property since 1974. She graduated from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro in 1971 and currently holds a BSE Degree in Mathematics. She taught Mathematics and Algebra in Pine Bluff, Arkansas and North Little Rock from 1971-1976. She started Bob Callahan Services, a General Contracting Company, with her husband, Bob, in 1974. She served as Secretary/Treasurer of Bob Callahan Services until 2001. She is presently serving as President of Callahan Services. She has been licensed by the State of Arkansas in Real Estate since 1985 and has been licensed as a Real Estate Broker since 1987. She currently serves as President and Owner of Callahan Real Estate, a Property Management Company since 1985.

Rob Callahan, an Excutive Broker, has been with Callahan Real Estate since 1999. He graduated from Arkansas Tech University in 1999 and holds a BS Degree in Administration. He joined Bob Callahan Services & Callahan Real Estate in 2000. He has been licensed by the State of Arkansas as a Real Estate Agent since 2001. He has been serving as Secretray/Treasurer of Callahan Services since 2001.
