We started with just one property and now manage over 800 single and multi-family rental homes. We are a tight-knit team dedicated to completing all the tasks that help boost rental revenues and create great resident relationships.

In 1974, Pat Callahan started this firm to serve the needs of property owners and tenants across Little Rock. Rob Callahan joined in 1999 as executive broker, helping boost both property performance and tenant relations. Lori Callahan came on the team in 2004 as office manager and keeps all background operations running smoothly.

Our team manages, markets, and maintains over 800 rental properties across Little Rock — and provides tenants with our complete support. We complete all property management tasks for our clients, including marketing and routine maintenance. Our team keeps the communication lines open to ensure property owners and tenants can always receive our prompt support.
