In 1974, Pat Callahan started this firm to serve the needs of property owners and tenants across Little Rock. Rob Callahan joined in 1999 as executive broker, helping boost both property performance and tenant relations. Lori Callahan came on the team in 2004 as office manager and keeps all background operations running smoothly.

We complete all property management tasks for our clients, including marketing and routine maintenance.
